Michelle Kondos grew up in the Boston area and, having a Swedish mother and Greek father, traveled widely in Europe during her childhood. She became fascinated with the beauty, history and spirit of the American West while living in Durango, Colorado. Today her main areas of focus are Western and wildlife works. She splits her time between Borrego Springs, CA and New Orleans, LA.
